Please see updated regulation click here, filed earlier this year, for the revised formatting of the Nova Scotia Building Code.  This regulation takes effect on Oct. 1, 2022.  

The revised forms used for the Letters of Undertaking will be posted on the website in PDF format.  This regulation will also be posted on the Regulations website once it takes effect.  Currently there is a notice indicating that it will change on Oct. 1, 2022.
