2021 Engineers Nova Scotia Award Recipients - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Each year awards are presented to members of Engineers Nova Scotia to acknowledge their accomplishments in the practice of engineering or service to the profession.  Awards were approved by Engineers Nova Scotia Council following recommendations from the Awards Committee. 

This years Recipients are;

F.H. Sexton Gold Medal Award 

Edwin MacLellan, P.Eng.

Engineering Award

Dan McQuinn, P.Eng. and Steve O’Halloran, P.Eng.

L.A. White Young Engineer Award

Amina Stoddart, P.Eng.

S.L. Devereaux Award for the Advancement of Women in Engineering

Sylvia Bryson, P.Eng.

J.D. Fraser Service Award

Denise Pothier, P.Eng.

Citizenship Award

Christine Bonnell-Eisnor, FEC, P.Eng. and Colleen Rollings, FEC, P.Eng.

 

Join Engineers Nova Scotia President Crysta Cumming, P.Eng. in celebrating our 2021 Award Recipients.

The Awards will be presented in person at an Awards Ceremony as well as livestreamed at our Annual General Meeting on September 24th, 2021.

Engineers Nova Scotia is the licensing and regulatory body for the 7500 Professional Engineers and Engineers-in-Training practicing in Nova Scotia or on Nova Scotia projects.
